I was hesitant about ordering from here having seen some of the other TrustPilot reviews but when the Only jeans I wanted were out of stock in New Look, I decided to risk it and order directly from the Only website. My order arrived quickly and am happy with the product. I didn’t need to return anything so can’t comment on the returns process.

I did return my items 1 month ago , I did email them to chase my refund still no reply .
3rd time's a charm
My order didn't go through twice via the app, but the customer service did all they could to make me forget this bad experience. So I tried it one last time and it worked. Excellent customer care

1 year and a half later, still waiting for my order
I ordered a PS5 1 year and four months ago. I know there are issues concerning its production, but I don't get why they should keep my money if they can't provide it.
After a first email 2 months ago to which they replyed they will cancel my contract (this is the law), now they are not answering anymore. I feel betrayed and robbed.

Will order again despite....
I ordered direct from seller as the price is cheaper. Items arrived quickly. Quality is fine for the price. I did have to return 2 items and after a month, I heard nothing and decided to follow up. Thank goodness I kept the return slip from the post office as I had to show proof of return. After CS approves the refund (CS response time was fast), the money was in the bank within 36 hours. Will order again despite the hic up.
Only jeans are the best
I think Only is a great brand and their jeans are the best... and so is their customer service ! I will for sure order again on the website !

This time i had a very bad experience shopping with this brand. I don’t think it stands on brand loyalty and customer satisfaction . They believe in making fool out of customer and tricking them unethically. I had shopped a couple of things on November 2021 and was provided with a gift voucher saying that the voucher was valid till 15th Feb but the shopkeeper insisted me on buying more items worth rupees 5000 so as to redeem the voucher so i bought many things he also added to me that the coupon is valid till march 30th and he ensured me many times. Today i went to redeem the coupon he denied me and said its invalid.
This breaking the trust and loyalty with the customer lost me forever and hence I would never recommend any of my fellow members to buy from this brand ONLY.

I can see some bad reviews here which l never knew before l ordered my jeans (l first ordered their jeans from another company selling their Jeans)
For me l have not had any issues and l love their jeans and l will be back to order more.
I even sent some back (3 pairs) only because l noticed if the jeans are light colours and you’re a size 8 order a size 6 but if the Jeans is dark in colour then order your size 8 (it’s like that with most other companies with Jeans because of the materials l just forget).
Right now their ‘Only’ Jeans is the best for me which l have passed on to my family and friends.
But because they are not in the UK and with Covid you’ll have to wait compared to next day or 2 days delivery but l don’t mind as it’s worth the wait also my returns was easy and simple and I got my money back. (I forgot l used my credit card to order some of my jeans instead of my debit card from them and l contacted them via online they emailed me all the refund details fast).
Am happy with them and l will be reordering the 3 dark jeans in my size 8. I have already ordered 3 pairs of their light colours jeans and the look amazing (one of my work colleague was asking me where l got the jeans from because it’s a very good fit).

Please don’t buy here - EVER
Please don’t buy here. Having read the bad reviews, I was foolish enough to order with them and straight from the bat ran into a wall. I’ve literally just made an order for a padded coat and accidentally selected a wrong size. Having realised my mistake, I have tried contacting them but that is impossible. Their chat is just a bot understanding and helping nothing. As if designed to enrage you. Their phone number is not recognised. Their email not for online purchases (say what?). It’s extraordinary this is allowed in the EU. I am so angry with myself for purchasing with them. Will never make the same mistake again.
UPDATE: they are lying in their reply. It is now 12 Jan, and contrary to their claim, they have not contacted me. I’ve spent additional time searching for some sort of contact number or address, ultimately found one, emailed them and received an automated response. That’s what they’re referring to when they say they contacted me. What they say about the bot and a possibility of talking to an operator is also a bare faced lie.
So, if you’re into this sort of a thing, by all means, shop with them. They will take your money, make an impressive effort to prevent you from contacting them, be 100% uninterested in helping with the simplest of things once you do reach them, than lie and gaslight when challenged for their appalling attitude and behaviour.
UPDATE 2: in spite of all my frantic efforts, they never considered helping and have now shipped the wrong order I have asked them not to ship.
EVERY SINGLE ITEM THEY SELL, YOU CAN FIND IT ELSEWHERE. CONSIDER THE TIME, STRESS AND THE COST OF HAVING TO RETURN ITEMS WHEN THEY DONT FIT OR A JUST PLAIN WRONG (which will happen). BUYING WITH THIS COMPANY WILL ULTIMATELY COST YOU MORE MONEY, TIME AND PEACE OF MIND.
UPDATE 3: wow, lying to the bitter end. You never contacted me. There is nothing in my spam folder. It’s the lying...everybody makes mistakes, but to lie the way you do is beyond disgraceful. Also, plain dumb. People read these pages...yup, they do.

My order from Only.com was dispatched the day after I placed my order. I know from checking out their website that their items are dispatched from Poland so I knew I might be waiting a bit for my order. My order arrived 8 days after it was placed and many people might consider this a long time for delivery. But considering that they are located in Poland and taking into account Covid 19 work procedures, this wasn’t bad. It has taken me 5 days to receive orders from some United Kingdom sellers, so I was happy with this timeframe.

I had to return one item from my order and the website states that it takes 14 working days for returned items to be processed. Returns were free according to the website and I did not have to pay any delivery charges when I went to my post office to send back that item in the original packaging.

It took Only.com 13 days for my returned item to be refunded. That is just under the 14 days’ timeframe that is stated on their website. They sent me an email saying that they had received my returned item and they refunded my credit card on the same day for that amount.

The items I received were well packages and aside from some wrinkles, they looked great. They were in great condition and didn’t look to have been previously been worn or delivered to another person.

My item was delivered by An Post but it was dispatched from Poland via DHL. I have gotten items from this courier company before and I have never had any issues with them. But I also give really specific address information and delivery instruction (if required) so it won’t get misplaced or delivered to the wrong house, which has happened to me before with another courier company.

For context, I live in Ireland. After reading these reviews, I was a bit hesitant to order from them. But I live in the EU and Poland is in the EU so I decided to make my own mind up. Also my sister has ordered from them before and she also has had a positive experience with them.
So from reading the reviews on here I find it hard to understand why over 50% of the reviews are negative. But I think that is the risk we take when ordering online in general and also when ordering from sellers outside our own country. We are taking the risk that they will have a good service. But I do think I will order from them again and I hope I get the same great service.

Returned an item back over 1 month ago
Returned an item back over 1 month ago, still no refund.
I have sent emails and was told I’d get a response with 2 days, still no response. Looks like this is common problem when customers are asking for there OWN money back.
Very bad service
Very bad service. I have received a different leather colour to the one I have ordered. They told I me that I got a product I have ordered and refused to replace or refund.
A flithy white denim skirt
I ordered a white denim skirt. Recieved one with big brown stains on both sides. Decided to keep it cause it was too much hassle for returning it. They promised a 10% discount, so a lousy Euro 3,00 but ok. After a month of emailing back and forth still No money. But I ordered for hundreds of Euro´s in the last months. Never again!!! Beware for shopping here ;)

Had an issue with a product I had to return
Had an issue with a return that got lost on it's way back but I've contacted the customer service and they've been very helpful and manage to find what happened and issued a refund for me which will take up to 5 working day's. Very helpful and kind service
